Minutes of TACES FINAL INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE
Dushanbe, April 4-5, 2019

Olga Bogdanova and Christian Herm passed the newly developed Handbook to TNU Vice-Rector on International Relations.

Cooperation in Sphere of Education between Tajikistan and EU (TACES example).

2. Juraev Abdurahim. (TSULBP) TACES  Project  in Establishments Relations with the

European and Tajik Universities.

3. Mansurov Umed (RTSU). TACES project in Russian -Tajik Slavonic University.

At the end of presentation, Doc. Mansurov made the following Suggestions:

a. To continue the project with the involvement of other universities of the Republic of Tajikistan and Europe in addition.

b. Open European Studies Centers in three more universities.

c. Improve the qualifications of teachers in knowledge of the English language.

d. Conduct testing for knowledge of English among teachers.

4. Nabotov Yusuf (DSU). Educational system effects of the Erasmus+ TACES Project in

Aspect of the Development of Management of Experience, Change and Innovation in

Dangara State University.

5. Sayfulloeva Olga (KhSU). TACES project in Khorog State University.

Doc. A. Kuvatova: “As I know students should write 3 articles and publish in journals.”

Akbarsho: “They should prepare 2 articles. They can publish their scientific articles.”

Doc. A. Kuvatova: “There were no articles published yet, as far as I know. Students attend conferences and they should have publish their reports/articles. They can publish in a special journal in 3 languages: Tajik, Russian, English.”   

Ms. A. Aslitdinova: “It was just English language barrier as the country is not English speaking one.”

Christian: “Is there some developments from the 1st course to the 2d?”

Doc. L. Saidova: “Yes, I worked on their papers/articles.”

At the end of the session, Partners were awarded Certificate of Dresden Technical University on Teacher Training.

10. Solimshoh Akbarsho: Influence of international projects in the development of Mountainous Region of Badakhshan. Mentor: Rustam Ganiev, Associate Professor, Ph.D in Economy. Foreign adviser: Dr. Stefano Braghiroli, Tartu University.    

Recommendations:

Dr. Makarychev, Tartu University:

1. Students while doing research need to be more academically oriented not policy oriented. They need to discuss concept, transparency.  

2. As for comparative analyses, you need be clear why you compare Tajikistan with Sweden. Why not with Portugal?

3. Same with Methodology. Be clear.

4. Interview: why you selected this group of people? What kind of questions do you use? Do you have records of it? Try to be academic not policy oriented.

Especially, if it is academic journal they will definitely ask all the details.

Comments:

Akbarsho TNU, moderator: “As I noticed, students take notes and it will help them in developing their papers in future.”   

Talabsho, recent graduate, already employed thanked everybody and added: “Don’t just come to University, and go back home, use this opportunity and study hard.”

Ms. A. Aslitdinova: “We need ti change our attitude. In Europe, students pay for their Education and in our country parents pay for education of their children. In Europe, students take loan from the bank and pay for their Education.” “Our Curriculum is absolutely European. We need to organize more self-study.”    

Djuraev: “The work on this Project was not easy. We put a lot of efforts to achieve good results.”
