В статье рассматриваются вопросы политики государств Центральной Азии по созданию региона, свободного от ядерного оружия в контексте  действующих международных норм МАГАТЭ, анализируются позиции и подходы ведущих ядерных держав в обосновании своих ядерных программ, состояние и перспективы ядерной программы Исламской  Республики Иран как фактора обеспечения  его национальной безопасности.

THE NUCLEAR PROGRAM OF IRAN: THE MYTH OR THE REALITY?

The article deals with questions of a policy of the states in Central Asia on creation of region free from the nuclear weapon in a context of operating international norms of International Atomic Energy Agency, it is analyzed the positions and approaches of leading nuclear powers in a substantiation of the nuclear programs, condition and prospects of the nuclear program of Islamic Republic Iran as factor of maintenance its national safety.
