МЕЖДУНАРОДНОЕ ОБЩЕНИЕ КАК СРЕДСТВО РЕАЛИЗАЦИИ

В статье предпринята попытка анализа теории “национального интереса” в истории политической мысли западных политологов. Отмечается, что международное общение является традиционным средством реализации национального интереса, в этом аспекте интерес национального государства должен выступать как основа международного общения.

This author attempts to give an analysis of the theories of "national interest" in the history of political thought of Western political scientists. It is noted that international communication is traditional means of implementation for the national interest; in this aspect the interest of the national state should act as a basis for international communication.
